At Dassian, one of my gratest achievements was the development of a solution for Single Sign On (SSO) to integrate the customer support system and online documentation. Using spring framework, spring security and Auth0.
I performed system administration and configuration tasks for O365 applications (SharePoint online, Azure Active Directory), customer support software TeamSupport and CRMs Salesforce, Pardot.
I was in charge of the rolling out of TeamSupport as the new customer support system providing continuous maintenance, and changes in configuration according to changing business needs. Also responsible for the administration of online documentation platforms: ClickHelp, MindTouch.
I monitored and resolved issues with IT infrastructure and SAP systems.
Also assisted with the creation of documentation, guides and training material for both internal and customer usage.
