Getronics - Sao Paulo, Brazil

Systems Programmer

September 2007 - May 2010

I joined Getronics after my previous experience at InfoSERVER and continued to provide consulting services to Banco Bradesco S/A, developing and maintaining transaction modules in the banking teller system using the Application Builder for Banking (AB2) platform. Throughout the software development life cycle, I collaborated with clients, contractors and teams at different levels in the organisation and in multiple projects.

I played key part in a systems migration project in which I performed the integration between the legacy teller system and a new graphical user interface in Java. I contributed mainly by developing 16-bit and 32-bit libraries in C that allowed the systems to connect and communicate.

I also worked on projects using other technologies such as a VB application to extract image files and data from a document workflow system and redesigned the database tables to keep records of the information retrieved.

Other projects include the customisation of Laserfiche Web Access interface, in ASP.net, C#, HTML.

I authored and delivered a course about the Olivetti AB2 (Application Builder for Banking) programming language to onboard new team members and helped staff to develop their skills.
